Increase HVAC marketing sales profitability, maintain consistency across business segments. Individual will work to create flyers on slow- moving products, continue to monitor competitive levels by our competitors or on-line markets.
Manage pricing and costs for all of Williams major product categories.
- Work with purchasing managers and sales managers to create forward-thinking pricing strategies for new and existing products.
- Continually evaluate competitors and William’s position in the marketplace.
- Monitor cost and raw material fluctuations.
- Evaluate price relationships between products.
- Manage Amazon and eBay sales.
Create and manage profitability model for product categories.
- Flyer proofing and measuring for incremental sales growth
- Customer Spiff program reporting at promotion end and working with Rachel on reward reconciliation (Incremental Growth reporting to measure success)
- Employee Spiff program reporting at promotion end and working with Rachel on reward reconciliation (Incremental Growth reporting to measure success)
- Supplier Transfer reports like the current Lochinvar shared so Rep commissions can get adjusted by territory
- Manage pricing within a specified supplier using the A-B-C-D turn method for greater profitability
- Maintain and implement new products on e-commerce site.
